Business

The Business is the entity that groups merchants and allows their management.

When you register with Binco, you are creating a new Business. The user you register will be the administrator of it.

A Business can be multi-merchant or single-merchant.

If the new Business is multi-merchant, it will allow you to manage all your merchants. You will be able to create them, see the status of their onboarding process, view their payers and transactions, and also delete them.

This is the ideal scenario for a large chain that has many stores in different countries, or a facilitator with multiple merchant clients associated.

On the other hand, if the Business is single-merchant, the merchant entity will be transparent. The Business will automatically be created with a single associated merchant, and when you log in with your user, you will directly access the merchant's information.

This scenario applies when the company is a single point of sale.

The flexibility of Binco allows it to adapt to various Business realities. If you only wish to accept payments, simply create a merchant for your company. In more complex cases, such as having multiple branches or clients who wish to receive payments, you can create a merchant for each one. This practice will simplify the settlements and transfers corresponding to each entity, facilitating efficient financial management.

Additionally, the Business entity will store the api-key and the api-secret that will allow B2B integration for all merchants associated with it. But we will talk more about this later in the Authentication section.
